EDITED: So many petitions have arrived that, for the moment, I cannot accept any new. I am behind the schedule and still drawing your heroes for free and updating this gallery daily with new sketches, as I also take care of my paying clients. Thanks for being part of this initiative.
If you know someone who is having a particularly hard time these days: either because the quarantine is especially hard for them or because they are at the front line, working to ensure that the rest of us can stay safe: send me a picture of her* and I will draw a fashion sketch of her for free. A photo of a happy day before these strange times or even better a photo of her in her work uniform.

I recently told a friend that right now we are all boats that have folded their sails and retired to port. We have become lighthouse keepers: each one from his place emitting a little light for the others and making sure, as far as we can, that those we love are still safe.
My contribution as a lighthouse keeper is very small. But I hope I can make one of your heroes a little bit happier.

*Ideally a picture a little bit fash, so that I can make a chic sketch, but we’ll manage. The result is digital. I will send you an e-mail when it is ready and you will be able to download it from the gallery.

Ich bin hinter meinem Zeitplan und zeichne immer noch kostenlos Eure Helden und aktualisiere diese Galerie täglich mit neuen Skizzen, während ich mich auch um meine zahlenden Kunden kümmere. Danke, dass Sie Teil dieser Initiative sind.
Diese Aktion richtet sich an alle, die jemanden kennen, der es in diesen Tagen besonders schwer hat. Sei es entweder, weil ihn die Quarantäne besonders hart trifft, oder weil er an vorderster Front steht und sich dafür einsetzt, dass wir anderen sicher sind: Schickt mir ein Bild von ihr*, und ich werde eine kostenlose Modeskizze von dieser Person zeichnen. Ein Foto von einem glücklichen Tag vor diesen seltsamen Zeiten oder noch besser ein Foto von ihr oder ihm in der jeweiligen Arbeitsuniform.

Vor kurzem sagte ich zu einer Freundin, dass wir gerade alle Boote sind, die sich mit gefalteten Segeln in den Hafen zurückgezogen haben. Und irgendwie sind wir auch alle zu Leuchtturmwärtern geworden: so strahlen wir alle von unseren Plätzen ein wenig Licht für die anderen aus und sorgen, so weit wir können, dafür, dass die, die wir lieben, noch sicher sind. Ich sehe meinen Beitrag als Leuchtturmwärterin als sehr gering an. Doch ich hoffe, dass ich dadurch einen eurer Helden ein wenig glücklicher machen kann.
*Idealerweise handelt es sich dabei um ein etwas schickeres Bild, damit ich eine ebenso schicke Skizze machen kann – solltet ihr kein solches zur Hand haben, schaffen wir das auch so. Das Ergebnis ist digital. Ich schicke euch eine E-Mail, wenn die Zeichnung fertig ist und ihr könnt sie herunterladen von der Galerie.
