Delivery
By ordering from this shop you consent in us giving your address to our printer, if necessary. They will send the fine art prints directly to you, avoiding unnecessary handling and transportation. Your print will be produced and shipped within 1-2 weeks after order.

Original paintings will be sent directly from our studio.

In any case: We will notify you when the order has been shipped.

Packaging
Our printer all prints in heavy duty tubes and ensure that the artwork is well wrapped and secure for shipment. When you receive it, please allow time for it to gently unfold upside down on a clean surface before framing. Place it out of direct sunlight to ensure the longevity of the colours.

Shipments from the studio are normally packaged flat in hard cardboard suitable for a safe transportation.

Postage
The postage is included in the price shown in the shop.

Payment
In our shop, the following payment methods are generally available to you:
PayPal
During the order process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, legitimise yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.
Credit card
When you place your order, you also transmit your credit card details to us. After your validation as a legitimate cardholder, we request your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction immediately after the conclusion of the contract. The payment transaction is automatically carried out by the credit card company and your card is charged.

Colours
Please note that the colours of the artwork may differ from those on your screen. We try to capture colors accurately but every monitor is calibrated differently.

Quality
All art prints offered are archival quality on Hahnemühle William Turner paper, 310 gr/m2.

All originals are signed and dated, eventually on the back.

Copyright
When you buy a work of art, you become the owner of the physical piece. The copyright remains with Virginia Romo. You may not rework or reproduce the image without Virginia Romo’s written consent.

Return Policy
Please check and then select size before making your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the artwork in its original condition and packaging within 14 days (with the exception of commissioned portraits: These are not refundable). The buyer must pay the return shipping costs.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (not the carrier though) received the painting. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

Please inform us before returning any item. Be sure to include contact information with the return and provide us with a tracking number. We will refund eligible returns after receiving and checking the condition of the returned merchandise.

Transport Damage
If the product is lost or you, upon receipt, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you must inform us immediately.
